Are you looking for an easier way to pay your bills? Stop writing checks and start using online bill payment! Our online bill payment program, BCS APELPay, is free to our membership!
To Qualify:

You must have access to our free online home banking product, BCSCU APELTeller.

You must have a checking account.

Sign up is easy, simply access your BCSCU APELTeller account and click on the BCS APELPay link and complete the online enrollment form. You will be approved and able to access the system within 24 – 48 hours.

Stop by our office and fill out an enrollment form, you will be approved for access in 1 – 3 business days. You can also download a PDF of the enrollment form by clicking the link to the left and mail it in for processing. (Requires Adobe)
